The Nasdaq up 0.76% to 2704, Dow up 0.55% to 13854, and the S&P is up 0.55% to 1526. Advancers outpacing decliners, but new lows outpacing new highs. Below average volume on the indices as they rise. U.S. Fed adds $15.25 billion in temporary reserves this morning.
Chinese stocks are being driven higher, some momentum plays are in effect here, as well.
Sprint wins patent infringement suit against Vonage. UAW ends strike and the deals are being hammered out with GM.
