There is legitimate sector rotation, but what is happening now is trading whatever the &quot;hot&quot; sector happens to be, and trading the &quot;hot&quot; stocks in the &quot;hot&quot; sector of the moment. Legitimate leadership rotation doesn&#039;t happen on a weekly basis.  So right now trading &quot;leadership&quot; means trading whatever the popular stock of the moment happens to be.
