The Dow up over 300! Now, don’t get mad at me, but I’m not excited about this. Many things took place today that Chuck and I are going over. We will have a pretty long summary tonight, I’m sure.  In this environment, a rally can be just as dramatic as the down days. Panic, short or long, makes these movements so spectacular.Â
