S&P 500 Pre Market – February 18, 2009
Some details of the Obama housing rescue plan are being released to the press this morning. We must still wait until later today to get the full facts of this plan.
S&P 500 futures did react to the release of the plan highlights but the reaction is clearly ‘confused’ as the full details of this housing rescue plan are not yet known and the ramifications of it are still being chewed over by ‘the market’.
